The practice of yoga for our little ones is very beneficial in many aspects: Physical, mental and emotional. Introduced in playful and colorful methods, combining games and exercises which develop their memory, concentration and coordination. We aim to balance their energy and achieve peace and tranquility in their everyday life. 

The yoga postures help to achieve body flexibility, strength and awareness, And the group activities are built in order to introduce values such as union, patience, sharing, listening and helping each other. Child’s yoga is accessible and adaptive  to all ages. since 3 years toddlers,  we begin the practice with games, painting and movement. Step by step we also introduce guided imagination, stories and even small breathing exercises. 

In the classes there is a constant dedication to each individual.
