Prenatal yoga is highly beneficial during pregnancy and supports a smoother childbirth.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Pre-natal yoga supports women through the hormonal and physiological changes of pregnancy. Our goals are to reduce stress, boost circulation and immunity, improve pelvic flexibility, and enhance stability in the legs and spine.

Breath work and inner balance help make pregnancy a smoother experience and ease the birthing process. Regular practice relieves tension and discomfort, with sessions tailored to each trimester.

A restorative, therapeutic approach includes supportive props for comfort, and yin qualities  slow and gentle practice. 

Asanas (yoga postures) and breathing techniques strengthen the bond with the baby while preparing the body and mind for childbirth with calm, vitality, and confidence.

Postpartum Yoga

Postpartum yoga focuses on recovery after pregnancy and childbirth. It helps restore muscle tone, pelvic floor strength and elasticity, and organ function with gentle, progressive exercises.

This practice supports a safe return to movement, rebuilding strength and balance while preparing mothers for a more dynamic yoga routine when ready.
